Customer Service Rep – Billing dept – (On-Call):
TRA is looking for an On-Call Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will have a High School education and 3-5 years of experience in healthcare related customer service. Required qualifications: A strong medical insurance billing background. Candidate will also possess strong insurance follow up background and the ability to review and analyze insurance Explanation of Benefits forms. Manage multiple phone lines and be able to multi-task. Practice superior customer service in a teamwork environment. Possess excellent verbal communication skills; good organization skills. Desired qualifications: a working knowledge of CPT and ICD-9 codes. Perform routine office administration procedures including typing, 10 key, basic computer functions, copying and faxing. Ability to maneuver on insurance websites to verify insurance coverage and claim status.
This is an on-call position for all of TRA’s clerical support positions. Incumbent will be trained to cover Registration, Scheduling, and Clerical Support roles to fill in for vacations, sick days, and occasional back-log. Essential job functions include clerical support in billing, scheduling, medical records, and administrative services departments by performing a variety of duties that may include fielding phone calls, assisting with work overflow, filing, and data entry. Candidate must be able to work well both in team settings and independently on different projects. Routine office administration procedures including typing, 10 key, basic computer functions, copying, faxing and keeping workstation areas clean and organized. Candidatemust possess excellent verbal communication skills, good organization skills, and be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office. Proficient in use of email and internet is very desirable. Candidate must also pay attention to detail and accuracy and be highly adaptable. Job/Education Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required. Medical and/or reception office experience preferred. This is an on-call position, therefore, it is not benefit eligible.
TRA Medical Imaging in seeking on call experienced Registered Nurse for the TRA Interventional Radiology Clinic. The Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, coordinating, evaluating, and delegating the delivery of skilled patient care. The RN is directly accountable and responsible for the quality of care provided to patients and has the authority to direct care, provide education, seek resources at the department level, and delegate appropriate tasks. The RN, using specialized knowledge, can perform the activities of administration, supervision, delegation and evaluation of nursing practice. The responsibility cannot be avoided by accepting the orders or direction of others. This position requires substantial specialized knowledge, judgment, and skill based upon the principles of biological, physiological, behavioral and sociological sciences, and requires critical thinking skills in making decisions regarding patient care, which includes knowledge and integration of relevant standards, resources, and data. The RN has continuous contact with physicians, patients, patient families/significant others, community agencies, patient care staff, and management. Candidate must have current RN Licensure in the State of Washington, Current Health care provider level CPR certification, ACLS Certification and 3 years.
