Human Resource Generalist
This position supports the development, preparation, and implementation of Human Resource policies and procedures. The Human Resource Generalist should have a strong background in a variety of human resource services, policies, and programs. Assist with overseeing site- specific human resource issues, under the general review of the Human Resource Director. Assures compliance with State and Federal regulations. Be responsible for addressing any and all Human Resources related matters on a day-to-day basis. Assumes other responsibilities as assigned by the Human Resource (HR) Director.
