IR Nurse

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for the Interventional Radiology Clinic to work On Call. The RN is responsible for assessing, planning, coordinating, evaluating, and delegating the delivery of patient care. Candidate must be able to demonstrate advanced knowledge and skills in the care of his/her patients/family. The RN serves as a patient advocate and performs delegated duties consistent with his/her scope of practice and functions within the philosophy and overall plan of care delivery at TRA. They are directly accountable and responsible for the quality of care provided to patients and have the authority to direct care, provide education, seek resources at the department level, and delegate appropriate tasks. The RN has continuous contact with physicians, patients, families, community agencies, patient care staff, and management. Experience in Interventional Radiology is preferred. Candidate must have current RN Licensure in the State of Washington, current BLS & ACLS Certification, be a Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing; BSN desirable, and 4 years of recent critical care in specialist unit (ICU, Emergency Department, PACU or Interventional Radiology)
