Chronic Migraine Botox® Therapy

Relief that fits into your life, not around it.

If migraines have taken over your days — and other treatments haven’t given you the relief you need — Botox® therapy may help. We offer FDA-approved Botox injections for chronic migraine using the PREEMPT protocol, the same approach studied and proven in clinical trials, delivered by a provider who specializes in headache care.

At a glance:

  • What it is — FDA-approved Botox® injections, given using the well-established PREEMPT protocol
  • How often — A quick series of injections every 12 weeks
  • Who’s involved — You’ll continue working with your regular doctor for your overall migraine care — we focus on the Botox treatment itself

Is Botox Right for You?

Botox for chronic migraine isn’t usually a first step — it’s often considered when other treatments haven’t worked well enough. You may be a good fit if:

  • You have chronic migraine (generally, headaches on 15 or more days a month, with at least 8 of those being migraine days)
  • You’ve tried two or more preventive migraine medications without enough relief, or couldn’t tolerate them
  • You’ve tried at least one medication for treating migraine attacks as they happen
  • You have a doctor — a primary care provider, neurologist, or other specialist — who oversees your ongoing migraine care
  • You’re looking to start Botox treatment, or continue with maintenance injections every 12 weeks

Not sure if you qualify? That’s completely okay — talk to your doctor, or reach out to us and we can help you figure out the next step.

What We Do — and What We Don’t

We’re a focused, specialized service. Here’s what that means for your care:

What we provide:

  • A consultation to talk through Botox treatment for chronic migraine
  • Botox injections using the PREEMPT protocol
  • Ongoing maintenance injections every 12 weeks, for as long as it’s helping you

What stays with your regular doctor:

  • Full migraine evaluations and diagnosis
  • Second opinions
  • Medication management
  • Your overall, long-term migraine care

Think of us as one part of your care team — the specialists who handle the Botox treatment itself, while your doctor continues to guide the bigger picture.

What to Expect

Getting started is simple, and you won’t be navigating it alone.

  1. Talk to your doctor
Start by talking with your primary care provider, neurologist, or headache specialist about whether Botox for chronic migraine could be right for you. If it seems like a good fit, they’ll send us a referral.
  2. We take it from there
Once we receive your referral, our team reviews your information, verifies your insurance, and reaches out to schedule your first visit.
  3. Your treatment
If you’re a candidate, you’ll receive your first round of Botox injections, using the PREEMPT protocol — a series of small injections around the head and neck, typically taking just a few minutes. Most patients return every 12 weeks for maintenance treatment.
  4. Ongoing care with your doctor
Between and after your Botox visits, you’ll continue your regular migraine care with your own doctor — the person who knows your health history best.
